7. To conduct prize competitions, promotional campaigns, etc.
8. To facilitate the conclusion and performance of contracts with business partners as well as after-contract management with respect to said contracts

10. To contact the User for the purpose of a questionnaire or other initiatives designed to improve the Service Provider's business operations and the Website's functionality

Matters concerning the Handling of Personal Information

1.If the Service Provider receives a request from a User to disclose, etc. the personal information that it obtained pertaining to the User, the Service Provider will promptly respond to the request within a reasonable scope and in accordance with provisions of laws and ordinances after confirming that the applicant is the User. However, the applicant must submit a form designated separately by the Service Provider and pay the 1,050 yen disclosure fee.

- The applicant does not pay the designated fee

- Disclosure is likely to seriously interfere with the proper implementation of the business of the Service Provider
- Disclosure would violate a law or ordinance
- The information is subject to special measures prescribed in a law or ordinance
- The personal information subject to the request does not exist in the Service Provider's database of personal information
- The applicant does not pay the designated fee


[Correction, addition, or deletion of personal information]

- The personal information as it appears in the Service Provider's database of personal information is accurate
- The personal information is subject to special measures prescribed in a law or ordinance
- An amendment, etc. is not necessary in view of the purpose of use


[Suspension or termination of the use of personal information]

- The personal information is used within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use specified in advance (or, in the case that it is not, complying with the request would go beyond the extent necessary to redress the violation)
- The personal information was acquired through proper means (or, in the case that it was not, complying with the request would go beyond the extent necessary to redress the violation)

- It is necessary for the Service Provider to provide the third party with the personal information in order to cooperate with a national government organ, local government, or person entrusted thereby with performing the functions prescribed by laws and ordinances, and obtaining the consent of the User is likely to interfere with the performance of those functions
- Complying with the request would require a costly expenditure or prove otherwise difficult, and the Service Provider takes the necessary alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the User.


2.The Service Provider will never provide a third party with the User's information without the User's prior consent unless one or more of the following cases apply.

-The Service Provider provides the third party with the personal information in accordance with laws and ordinances
- It is necessary for the Service Provider to provide the third party with the personal information in order to protect the life, body, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the User
- There is a special need for the Service Provider to provide the third party with the personal information in order to improve public health or promote healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the User
- It is necessary for the Service Provider to provide the third party with the personal information in order to cooperate with a national government organ, local government, or person entrusted thereby with performing the functions prescribed by laws and ordinances, and obtaining the consent of the User is likely to interfere with the performance of those functions
-The Service Provider shares business contact information with a joint operation company or other affiliated company as necessary for the performance of the carrier contract

3.The Service Provider uses encryption and other security measures when collecting information from the User.

4.The Service Provider may provide personal information to an allied company to the extent necessary for executing operations in connection with the Website, but in such cases, the Service Provider will impose on said company an obligation to observe the Privacy Policy.

5.In the event that the User's personal information is leaked or lost, etc. the Service Provider will promptly issue an announcement to that effect and take measures to rectify the situation.
